Recommendations & requests

Some recommandations and request for the lesson:

  • If you come for a first time it is advisable to fill in a form your medical questional.
  • Presently be can provide in the room mat we have ten mats, if you use your personal mat, you can do it. 
  • Muting mobile phone is required for the time of your relaxation. Thank you very much. 
  • Be patient and stay within you on limits the yoga is not suffering. A good yoga position is stable, intensive and comfortable, it can help you to make you relax. Please come a leisure clothes in wich you can move comfortably. We usually do exercises eitheir in shocks or without them. 
  • Don't have too much food and drink, at least one hourly earlyer the lesson. Before the lesson visit the restroom, to be comfortable on the lesson. If you are thirsty you can drink before the lesson, but during the lesson watar and glasses are available on all the time in the room. 
  • Breathe naturally it is important.
  • Before comming to the lesson please consult with your G.P. doctor, physiotherapist if you had any times of operations or injuries. Please inform me about your medical status, because it is important for me to help you, if effective way. (Your data is handled confidentaly.) If you are pregnant please inform me about it. 
  • If you are 8-10 pregnancy please to to come to the lessons, because it could be dangerous, both of you. Indiscase i can suggest you to visit Veronika Kerekes - a yoga theacher for expectant mothers and babies. If you feel tired stop and relax.
  • All elements of the yoga lesson, should be done conciously. 
  • Im not going to force you into any bad positions. Your feeling is more important than theacher's incructions. A good yoga lessons should be safe, intensive, and uplifting. If you don't keep my above written instructions i can't take any responsibility for you.
