The spine of yoga is a modern kinesitherapy which the asanas's conscious execution appease the mind, turn the attention inwards, helps to attune to the marks of our body, repairs the body consciousness. Maintains it beside this, it restores the natural motion extent of joints, repairs the posture. Preventable, repairable state of the spine and the locomotion system. It has a positive effect on the hormone system and the digestion. Helps in the regeneration, more restful sleep ensures. The watching of the breathing calms it down the nervous system, it effect slackens and the breathing turns into deeper one.
Affects the body gently and intensively yet. The asanas and motion series everybody easily achievable, special flexibility is not claimed. It complements many forms of motion excellently. It is good for you, If you lot of sitting or you have got lower back pain sometime.
