Let me introduce the preventive spine training, it is a special motion program, on the row we extensively motivate the muscles of spine. The weakening inclined muscles we strengthen it and tightening inclined ones relax, lenghten. Enjoyable, dinamic spine training, maximal paying attention to the prevention, and the human's functional anatomy. The 60 minutes training contain consist of different blocks.

The conventional aerobic training compared we move much slowly, more concious. We don't make flounce, however we strengthen it intensively after all, we stabilize the holder muscles of the spine and the muscle core, on jointprotective way. We take the burden down from the intervertebral discs, helps to prevent the rise of the protruded intervertebral disk so. (Into foot I do not recommend it on the other hand with a radiant pain, rather yoga therapy, but chiefly physiotherapist.)
The part of the spine training the training end stretching and the few minute relaxations for the full relaxation and uplifting.

I recommend by heart the spine training if you do makes sitting or standing work, for young and senior too. Mainly one's who would like to improove own body correct statics, overwrite the unfavourable motion samples and if you would like to baby a few years later, it is useful prevention the lower back pain.

We use pleasant music, which helps in the mental recreation.
